Basic Bookkeeping Service + . Owned and operated by Donna-Gae Roy. Servicing the area of Kitchener, Waterloo, Guelph and Cambridge with a convenient bookkeeping service. Small companies with from one to five employees, with limited accounts that do not require a full time bookkeeper. You may only require anywhere from four to sixteen hours a week to complete your daily entries. Payroll as required, paying bills on time, bank reconciliation, month end and year end functions for their Accountant are some of the services offered. Computer programs installed if required. The owners years of Retail Experience will also be of great value.

• The initial consultation will out line the service provided.
• Clear estimates will be submitted and agreed upon.
• Timing and Method of payment will be discussed at the initial consultation.
• The type of computer software to be used for the business will be established.
• A schedule of required services will be outlined on the outset.
• All files and services will be conveniently completed and maintained at the Customers business site or in our offices.
• Any complaints will be managed by Donna-Gae Roy personally.
• All information handled with complete Confidentially.
• The Customer's Accountant will be contacted and kept advised as needed.
• Suitable notice of the ending of the agreement will be submitted in a timely manner by the Company and the Customer.
• The customer will be advised of any extra services that were not negotiated at the initial consultation will be added to the invoice at the time of completion of said service.
• The initial consultation will out line the service provided.
